Conversion into Maisonettes
This project was taken on shortly before construction as a local developer needed detailed construction plans for Building Regulation approval in order to secure his Planning Permission. The building was in such bad condition that 70% of it had to be demolished, and major upgrades were necessary to convert the building into two self-contained flats split over 3 floors.
