This 1970’s bungalow had various major renovations to bring it up to modern standards and style. At ground floor level a double height rear extension was constructed for a new kitchen / diner, in addition to a new double garage and studio gym room. At first floor level the roof has been hipped to create space for a new en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and new pitched roof dormers were constructed both to the front and rear elevations.
